HOW TO ORDER


Please EMAIL all your orders (Indicate FULL item name and quantity) and enquiries to japaneselabels@hotmail.com

We will then reply/send you the invoice with payment information within 12 hours :)

International buyers (Customers NOT located in Singapore) please state your country and address along with your orders so that we can give you an approximate shipping quote and total fees including the 4% Paypal Charge.



PAYMENT:

We only accept FULL payment. No partial payments.

Local Buyers: Bank Transfer to our DBS Account only (No Cash on Delivery!)
Overseas Buyers: Via Paypal only (Additional 4% Charge)


POSTAGE:

- Free Normal Postage (Singapore Buyers only) for all items!
- Registered Postage --> Additional SGD 2.50 on top of Total Cost of items
(Eg. SGD 2.50 + [Bag $20 + Bag $25 + Pouch $10] = SGD 57.50)



SHIPPING TIME


FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS:

We'll mail out your purchase for in-stock items within 1 working day. Singpost will then take 2-7 working days to deliver to your address (within Singapore), depending on Normal/Registered Postage.

For Overseas buyers, please let us know your country and address and we'll quote you the approximate number of working days needed to ship the items to you.


FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Time period for orders to arrive is estimated at about 2 weeks (we will state the dates in the email). We'll pack and mail out all orders within 1 working day AFTER the orders arrive in Singapore. Singpost will then take a few working days to deliver to your address:

For Normal Postage - Approximately 2-7 Working Days AFTER we've mailed it

For Registered Postage - Approximately 2-3 Working Days AFTER we've mailed it (Comes with Tracking Number)
