  • For Pre-Order items: Please Pre-Order ONLY if you are willing to wait. We'll state the expected arrival date for the items to reach Singapore for every Pre-Order in the invoice. (For an estimation, pre-order items normally take 2 weeks to reach Singapore)
  • We only sell 100% brand new & authentic products.
  • All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • ALL PRICES ARE FIXED. All prices are priced as low as possible and includes free normal postage.
  • We highly recommend that all orders to be settled via POST as they are all small items. If you really need to deal via COD, self-collection may be done at Admiralty MRT station only.
  • Strictly no changes or cancellations once order is placed and payment has been made.
  • Measurements given are subject to approximately 2cm tolerance as they are hand measured and there might be slight variations in factory-produced goods.
  • We will check all items before sending them out, and will not be liable for lost mail or damaged products if order is sent via NORMAL MAIL. If you want the parcel to be trackable, please opt for REGISTERED POSTAGE. For International shipping, all parcels will be trackable via REGISTERED AIRMAIL.
  • If items are out of stock, we'll inform you immediately. You can then order other items with your remaining balance or opt for a full refund for that particular item.
